Job Opening: Patient Relationship & Appointment Coordinator Location: Visakhapatnam Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Experience: 1–3 years preferred Role We are looking for a Patient Relationship & Appointment Coordinator to handle patient enquiries, follow up leads and convert genuine enquiries into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities - Attend incoming patient calls professionally.

- Call back all missed calls promptly.
- Follow up leads from Google, WhatsApp, website, Facebook/Instagram and other marketing sources.
- Understand the patient's requirement and guide them regarding doctor consultation.
- Book and confirm appointments.
- Send appointment reminders and clinic location through WhatsApp.
- Follow up patients who do not attend and reschedule appointments.
- Follow up previous/pending leads systematically.
- Maintain patient enquiry and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
- Provide daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.

Candidate





Requirements - Fluent Telugu and good conversational English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Good telephone communication and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable making regular outbound follow-up calls.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and Excel/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and systematic with follow-ups.
- Hospital/clinic/healthcare telecalling experience preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured based on: response time, missed-call callbacks, lead follow-ups, appointments booked, appointment attendance and lead-to-appointment conversion rate.

Significant: This is not just a receptionist position. We need someone who can take ownership of a patient enquiry from first call → follow-up → appointment booking → patient visit.

Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
