Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused Tele Counselor to connect with prospective and existing customers, understand their skincare and wellness requirements, provide appropriate information about our services, and convert leads into successful appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about Gleuhr's skincare and wellness services.
- Counsel customers professionally and address their queries and concerns.
- Generate appointments and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with interested and potential customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the clinic and internal teams for appointments and service delivery.




- Maintain skilled communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; regional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, counseling, BPO, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with experience in wellness, skincare, healthcare, education, banking, insurance, real estate, or other sales industries may be considered.

Training & Agreement Selected candidates may be required to undergo 7-10 days of training in Chandigarh. The current job listing also mentions a 2-year employment agreement.
