Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote healthcare services, products, and wellness programs.
- Provide personalized consultations over the phone to address customer concerns and queries related to nutrition, ayurveda, homeopathy, herbal remedies, and other health-related topics.
- Utilize telemarketing skills to generate leads and convert them into paying clients through effective communication techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software for future reference.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales with a focus on healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of ayurveda, homeopathy, herbal medicine practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customer base.
