Telecaller / Counselling Executive
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn courses.
- Generate and nurture leads through effective communication.
- Explain course details, perks, and career opportunities to interested students.
- Schedule students for free career counselling sessions.
- Follow up with prospective students and encourage them to attend counselling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and counselling appointments.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication.
