Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls.

- Pitch products/services and explain offers clearly.

- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.

- Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.

- Schedule demos, appointments, or callbacks.

- Maintain CRM records and update call outcomes.

- Meet daily call and conversion targets.

- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications

- Clear verbal communication and confident phone manner.

- Positive listening, persuasion, and patience.

- Basic computer skills and CRM/data-entry proficiency.

- Target orientation and resilience.

- Fluency in required languages (Tamil/English)
