We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective candidates, understand their requirements, explain our courses, and encourage them to join the right program.

The primary responsibility will be to make calls, communicate with candidates, follow up with interested leads, answer queries, handle objections, and convert leads into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from provided leads.
- Understand the candidate's career goals, requirements, and interests.
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, schedules, and other relevant information.
- Communicate with candidates professionally and build a positive relationship.
- Convince and motivate interested candidates to enroll in the appropriate course.
- Follow up regularly with candidates who show interest but have not yet enrolled.
- Handle candidate questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Communicate with candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp when required.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and enrollment status.
- Update lead information in Google Sheets/CRM on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for the candidate's joining process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrollment targets.




- Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned leads.

Required Skills

- Ability to handle objections and answer candidate queries.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good command of English and/or Telugu/Hindi is preferred.

Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, education counselling, inside sales, admissions, or customer support will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, persuasive, patient, and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone. The person should have a strong follow-up mindset and be motivated by achieving enrollment targets. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
