Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive (Aftersales) to join our real estate team. The role will focus on customer handling, after-sales service, client coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Important: This is NOT a Sales or Business Development role. The candidate will not be responsible for selling properties or generating sales leads. The position is focused entirely on post-sales customer service and client support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and assist with after-sales queries.
- Coordinate with clients regarding post-sales services and requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Understand customer issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-sales experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 months of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Service, BPO, or a related field.
- Candidates with Real Estate experience/background will be preferred.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
