Hiring: Telecalling Executive — DialysisOnGo (Gurgaon) DialysisOnGo is building India's largest verified dialysis centre network, helping patients find trusted care wherever they travel. We're looking for a Telecalling Executive to drive our centre enrollment and outreach efforts. What you'll do: Connect with dialysis centres across India to onboard them onto the DialysisOnGo platform Explain the platform, address queries, and guide centres through enrollment Maintain call records, follow-ups, and enrollment status trackers Coordinate with the internal team on outreach progress and center feedback * Represent DialysisOnGo professionally in every interaction What we're looking for:



BBA / MBA Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience Healthcare industry experience preferred Strong command of English and Hindi; knowledge of a regional language is a plus Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Transparent communication, patience, and strong follow-up discipline Details : Hybrid — Gurgaon , Full-time This is a great opportunity to be part of a healthcare platform's growth story from the ground up, with direct exposure to founders and real impact on patient lives.
