Position: Telecalling Executive

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Preferred Experience: Outbound telecalling experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

Training & Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday: Working Day

Week Off: 1 day per week

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Al Shifa Cupping Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing patients, explaining our healthcare services, generating appointments, and maintaining professional communication with patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Explain clinic services and treatments clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into clinic appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers and potential patients.
- Confirm and remind patients about scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.




- Coordinate with the front office and clinic team regarding appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and patient-friendly approach during every interaction.

Educational Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound telecalling.
- Healthcare or clinic experience will be an added advantage.
- Valuable Tamil communication is preferred.
- Knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
