We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle calls with prospective customers. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate call and customer records, and supporting the sales team with well-organized data. Robust verbal communication skills combined with basic knowledge of MS Excel and data extraction are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and follow up on inquiries.

- Explain product/service features, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively to convert leads into sales.

- Maintain and update the customer database and call logs accurately in real time.

- Extract, compile, and organize customer/lead data from various sources (CRM,



portals, spreadsheets) for calling lists.

- Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, conditional formatting, basic formulas) to sort, filter, and analyze calling data and track targets.

- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to share qualified leads and customer feedback.

- Ensure adherence to call scripts, quality standards, and company communication guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and comply with data protection practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
