- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective clients using cold-calling or company-provided databases.
- Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond to leads from digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and advertisements.
- Pitch Properties: Explain real estate project details, pricing, configurations, and payment plans.
- Qualify Leads: Assess customer budgets, property preferences, and requirements.
- Coordinate Visits: Schedule and confirm property site visits for interested buyers and hand them over to field sales consultants.
- Maintain Records: Update client interaction notes and track follow-ups accurately in CRM software or MS Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
