Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential buyers and generate qualified leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, present development projects, and highlight key value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate sales terms and assist clients through the closing process.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property availability, and pricing.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer relations,



or real estate is a plus (fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Fluency in English and local languages (Gujarati/Hindi) with strong persuasive abilities.
- Traits: Professional demeanor, high enthusiasm, self-motivated, and target-driven.
