Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

Medvek is looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to connect with customers, explain Medvek’s products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain Medvek products/services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.




- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Telugu and English communication preferred.
- Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
