Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Tiruchirappalli, focused on selling tech products and solutions offered by MIF Technologies.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to identify potential customers, explain product features and benefits, and generate qualified leads. The role involves maintaining call records, updating CRM or sales databases, and following up with prospects to convert leads into sales.

Caller will work closely with the sales team to meet targets, share customer feedback, and support campaigns and promotions.



Daily responsibilities also include responding to customer queries, providing basic product support, and maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening.
- Basic understanding of technology products or IT solutions, with the ability to explain features in easy terms.
- Sales and persuasion abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Comfort using computers, CRM tools, and standard office software to log and track calls and leads.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
