We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel , Sheet , CRM, email).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary:
- As per company standards (Fixed salary + performance incentives).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
