Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate and follow up on sales leads, schedule service appointments, and support customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up on sales leads and coordinate with the Sales/Service team.
- Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and service appointments.
- Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls.
- Inform customers about new launches, offers, service camps, AMC, and insurance renewals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in CRM/DMS.
- Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the concerned team.
- Re-engage old/lost leads and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly call reports and MIS.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Valuable verbal communication in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and working with targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and good follow-up skills.
- Automobile dealership experience will be an added advantage.
