- Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming phone calls, address customer questions, and offer helpful solutions.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Qualify prospects and conduct follow-up calls to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Data Management: Update customer records, log call outcomes, and maintain databases using CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for call volume, lead conversion, or sales quotas.
