We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and provide excellent customer support. Candidates who can communicate in Tamil, Telugu, English, Malayalam, and Kannada will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

- Explain company products and services to customers.

- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.

- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.

- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.

- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

- Strong listening and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.

- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is preferred.

- Candidates proficient in Tamil, Telugu, English, Malayalam, and Kannada will be preferred.

- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
