We are looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates to join our immigration consultancy team as Telecallers.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Schedule consultations with senior consultants
Maintain basic customer and call records
Requirements
Good communication skills
Hindi & basic English communication
Confident and polite personality
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Freshers are welcome to apply
Salary: As per experience and interview
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
