We are looking for a Product Advisor who can connect with customers, understand their requirements, and guide them about the products and services offered by Shaadi.com. The role involves customer interaction, product explanation, relationship building, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential and existing customers via calls.

- Understand customer requirements and preferences.

- Explain Shaadi.com products, services, and membership plans.

- Recommend suitable products or membership packages based on customer needs.

- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

- Update customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.





- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.

- Sales-oriented with good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset can also apply.
