Salary: 18k to 25K ( Incentives based on performance)
- Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services (Valuable to have in real estate Expertise)
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients
- Updating customer information such as change of address and phone number
- Following-up calls with emails if required
