Technology Engineer, Applications & Automation

Hands-on builder the execution layer under the Principals, not a strategist

- Deep Technical Fluency can go in and out of any stackchallenging architecture, understanding how systems actually work, identifying technical risks, and stepping into implementation when required.
- End-to-End Solution Ownership takes an idea from business problem architecture technology selection prototype implementation production, regardless of the technology involved.
- Business-to-Technology Translation engages directly with stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, challenges assumptions, and converts ambiguous pain points into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions.
- Technology Leadership & Delivery acts as the technical authority and bridge between business and engineering, making transparent decisions on architecture, scalability, security, cost, integration, and delivery,



while ensuring solutions actually get adopted.
- AI-Assisted Engineering uses AI as a force multiplier to accelerate design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery; understands what the AI produces and can validate, modify, and own the outcome.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8 to 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Application Development, Automation, or Solution Engineering.
- Experience owning projects from requirement gathering through production deployment.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications and automation solutions.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into business processes.
- Ability to validate, optimize, and productionize AI-generated code.
