About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of enterprise SaaS/FinTech platforms for global financial institutions. The role combines solution consulting, product understanding, implementation management, technical delivery, stakeholder management, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SaaS/product implementations from discovery, requirement gathering, planning, configuration, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
- Conduct customer workshops, understand business processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend scalable product-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and high-level technical solutions, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and multiple customer implementations.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery.




- Drive product configuration including workflows, business rules, approvals, roles/permissions, dashboards, notifications, and reporting.
- Coordinate API integrations, databases, authentication/SSO, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and enterprise application connectivity with technical teams.
- Manage senior customer stakeholders, steering committees, escalations, and executive communications.
- Drive customer adoption, training, knowledge transfer, and continuous product/process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1015 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, SaaS implementation, technology consulting, or program management.
- Strong experience managing enterprise SaaS/product implementations and global customers.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, product development, and implementation lifecycle.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, integrations, SQL/databases, cloud architecture, IAM/SSO, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong stakeholder management, solution consulting, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Python/backend development exposure is preferred, but hands-on coding is not mandatory.

Preferred Domain Experience: Experience in FinTech, Banking, GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, AML/Fraud, Risk Analytics, AI Governance, or enterprise workflow platforms is highly preferred.
