– Techno-commercial Manager (Poultry)

- Drive sales and business development for the poultry segment in the assigned geographical area.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective customer engagement and business planning.

- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.

- Provide technical support and practical solutions to customers based on their requirements.

- Work closely with the field sales team to identify and convert business opportunities.

- Conduct need-based technical training for the field force to strengthen their product and customer knowledge.

- Support product launches, customer demonstrations, and technical trials.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and recent business opportunities in the assigned area.

- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet customers and support business growth.

- Qualification: B.V.Sc. / M.V.Sc. (Poultry Science preferred) with 3–4 years of relevant experience; reports to the Sales Manager.
