Role & responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain equipment such as Viswill Camera Inspection, Fette Compression, Sejong Compression, granulation systems, capsule filling machines (AF 90 T), auto coaters, and tablet printing machines.
- Complete and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) in real time to ensure data integrity and compliance with cGMP.
- Conduct in-process quality checks on tablets, including weight variation, hardness, thickness, and moisture content, etc.
- Ensure documentation is completed in accordance with Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Perform line clearance and equipment/area cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.
- Apply mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machinery and understand different tablet tooling.
- Adhere strictly to established safety procedures without deviation.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: ITI / HSC / SSC

Experience: 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably OSD plant experience)
