Compensation & Benefits
During Training: 16,000/- to 17,000/- per month, depending on qualification, skills, and role allocation, along with Free Guest House Accommodation and Free Site Transportation.
- Salary after successful training may be revised to 20,000/- to 25,000/- per month, subject to performance, evaluation, skill level, project requirements, and company policy.
Role & responsibilities Job Purpose The Technician / Helper will support the project execution team in solar power plant installation activities, including material handling, Module Mounting Structure (MMS) erection, solar module installation, alignment, nut-bolt tightening, and other assigned site activities under the guidance of Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Senior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solar Structure / MMS Works
- Assist in unloading, shifting, and stacking solar structure materials.
- Support erection and installation of Module Mounting Structures (MMS).
- Assist in alignment, levelling, and positioning of solar structures.
- Carry out nut-bolt tightening and torqueing as instructed.
- Support structure adjustment and rectification activities.
2. Solar Module Works
- Assist in protected lifting and shifting of solar modules.
- Support solar module mounting and installation.
- Perform module nut-bolt tightening as instructed.
- Assist in module alignment and fixing.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of solar modules.
3. Material Handling & General Site Activities
- Assist Technicians, Supervisors, and Engineers in day-to-day project activities.
- Shift construction and installation materials to designated work locations.
- Arrange tools, fasteners, and consumables.
- Assist in loading and unloading project materials.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the assigned work area.
4. Project Execution Support
- Perform assigned activities according to daily work allocation.
- Assist in installation, tightening, alignment, cleaning, and finishing activities.
- Support the movement and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Complete assigned work within scheduled project timelines.
- Follow site safety requirements and use prescribed PPE.
Skills Required
- Physically fit and willing to perform field/site work.
- Willingness to work on solar power project sites.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site team.
- Discipline, punctuality, and safety awareness.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions from Supervisors and Engineers.
Working Conditions
- Outdoor and project-site-based work.
- Work may involve standing, walking, lifting, material shifting, and other physical activities.
- Candidate should be willing to work at project locations as assigned by the Company.
- Shift work or overtime may be required depending on project requirements and applicable company/site policies.

Educational Qualification:
- 10th Pass
- 12th Pass
- ITI Any Trade
- Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
