Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing lines, pipes, valves, taps, drainage systems, and water supply systems.

- Install, operate, inspect, and maintain water pumps, booster pumps, sump pumps, sewage pumps, and related equipment.

- Diagnose and repair pump and motor problems, including leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, and low water pressure.

- Perform basic electrical maintenance on pumps, motors, control panels, switches, contactors, relays, and wiring.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure proper connections and protected operation of equipment.

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.

- Check water tanks, pipelines, valves, pressure systems, and pump rooms regularly.

- Replace damaged pipes, fittings, cables,



switches, electrical components, and pump parts when required.

- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and details of spare parts used.

- Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

- Follow all electrical, plumbing, workplace safety, and company procedures.

- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance staff to complete assigned work efficiently.

- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
