Job OverviewWe are hiring Technical Trainers to deliver engaging, technology-driven STEM learning experiences for students. The role is suitable for candidates from Physics, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Aerospace, Aeronautics, Aerophysics, Engineering, or other relevant STEM/technical backgrounds who are passionate about technology, training, and student engagement.

Candidates may be considered for either General STEM/Technical Training or Aerospace/Aeronautics-focused Training, based on their academic background and technical skills.

Key Requirements

- Valuable understanding of Physics and STEM concepts
- Working knowledge of Python
- Basic/working understanding of Electronics and Microcontrollers
- Knowledge of Robotics is preferred, particularly for candidates interested in robotics/aerospace training
- Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students
- Confident and comfortable interacting with students
- Passion for hands-on learning, technology, and educational programs
- Willingness to work on-field and travel for workshops
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational and technical workshops for students
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions
- Conduct hands-on STEM,



Robotics, Electronics, and technology-based activities
- Introduce students to relevant Aerospace and Aeronautics concepts, where applicable
- Conduct technical demonstrations and practical learning activities
- Participate in educational video/content creation
- Interact with students, educators, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders
- Support STEM and technology-focused learning programs
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment

Preferred Educational BackgroundCandidates from any of the following or related backgrounds may be considered:
- B.Sc. – Physics / Aerophysics / relevant STEM disciplines
- BCA
- B.Tech. / B.E. – Computer Science / Electronics / Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering / related engineering disciplines
- MCA
- M.Tech.
- B.Ed. – Computer Science / Physics
- Engineering / Technology graduates with relevant Robotics or STEM knowledge
- Other relevant technical or STEM backgrounds

Role Specifications
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and good communication/presentation skills may be considered.
- Location: Bangalore - Onsite
- Travel allowance provided for workshops and field activities.
