We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Trainer to equip our engineering students with foundational and advanced programming skills necessary to crack campus placements. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in C, Java, Python, and Data Structures &

- Algorithms (DSA), with a proven ability to simplify complex concepts. This role involves designing training modules, mentoring students across various engineering disciplines (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, etc.), and aligning curriculum with the hiring standards of top-tier product-based companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and MAANG-level interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery &
- Instruction:

Conduct hands-on training sessions either in C or Java or Python, covering everything from core syntax to advanced programming paradigms.

- DSA Mastery: Teach Data Structures and Algorithms comprehensively, focusing on optimization, time/space complexity, and competitive problem-solving.

- Curriculum Development: Design and update structured, semester-wise training modules, technical checklists, and real-world programming use cases tailored to industry expectations.

- Assessment &

- Evaluation:

Create coding challenges, conduct regular milestone assessments on platforms like HackerRank or LeetCode,



and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.

- Interview Preparation: Conduct rigorous technical mock interviews, system design overviews, and code reviews to build student confidence for high-stakes technical rounds.

- Collaboration: Work closely with placement officers, department coordinators, and industry partners to align the training roadmap with current corporate recruitment trends.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: 0.5 to 5 years of experience in technical training, academic instruction, or software development.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Expert-level knowledge of C, Java, and Python.

- Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and basic System Design.

- Platform Familiarity: Hands-on experience with competitive coding platforms and automated evaluation environments.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate large cohorts of students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
