Role Description This full-time Technical Trainer (ME, MTech) role at Edxzone is a hybrid position based in Coimbatore, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Technical

Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training modules for students and professionals, ensuring that content aligns with industry standards and Edxzone’s curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom and online sessions, preparing learning materials, demos, and assessments, and providing academic support and mentoring to learners. The role involves evaluating learner performance,



gathering feedback to improve training effectiveness, collaborating with curriculum and product teams, and staying current with emerging technologies and teaching best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers, with experience delivering concept-based and hands-on sessions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training, including designing training plans, learning activities, and assessment methods.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- ME or MTech in a relevant engineering or technology discipline from an accredited institution.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or instructor in technical or engineering subjects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use digital tools, LMS platforms, and online collaboration tools for hybrid and remote delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
