Aivida is a digital healthcare company providing technology solutions for doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and clinics. We are looking for a Technical Support Executive – Field Support to visit healthcare professionals and assist them with the Aivida platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and clinics across Chennai.
- Explain and demonstrate the Aivida digital healthcare platform.
- Assist healthcare professionals with registration, onboarding, and platform usage.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve basic application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with the internal technical team when required.
- Train customers on how to use the Aivida platform effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain daily field visit and customer interaction reports.
- Travel to different locations based on assigned field requirements.
Requirements
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with doctors, pharmacists, lab staff, and clinic representatives.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications, websites, and technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for field visits.
- Technical support, field support, customer support, or healthcare technology experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can apply.
