Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers and help resolve product, device and software-related issues. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Assist customers with product installation, activation, configuration and usage.
- Troubleshoot issues related to GPS devices, dashcams, SIM/network connectivity and mobile applications.
- Guide customers on using tracking platforms and related services.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer queries, service requests and resolutions.
- Assist with basic testing and checking of devices.
- Explain product features and basic troubleshooting steps to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved properly.
- Maintain a professional and helpful approach while handling customer queries.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support or a related role.
- Basic understanding of computers, mobile applications and web platforms.
- Basic knowledge of GPS devices, SIM/network connectivity or IoT products is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new products and technical processes quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GPS tracking systems, IoT devices or similar products.
- Basic understanding of GSM/4G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Ability to explain technical information in easy language.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
