Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Operations/Support Executive to handle international clients, monitor operations, report issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with technical teams.

Key Skills

- Excellent English communication – Mandatory
- International client handling
- Basic technical troubleshooting
- Problem-solving and issue reporting
- MS Excel & basic calculations
- Monitoring and coordination skills
- Ability to understand and resolve/escalate issues
- Comfortable with night/rotational shifts

Eligibility: Freshers, internship candidates, and candidates with 6 months – 1+ year experience can apply. Work From Office – Yamuna Nagar is mandatory. Relocation candidates are welcome.
