Role Description The Technical Training Specialist is a full-time, part time , online and on-site role based in Coimbatore. In this position, the specialist designs and delivers good industry projects,technical training programs, including creating curriculum, lesson plans, presentations, and supporting materials.

The role involves conducting classroom and lab sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations, and assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations. The specialist responds to technical questions, offers troubleshooting guidance, and collaborates with other trainers and subject matter experts to continually improve course content. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining training documentation,



tracking attendance and performance, and ensuring that training sessions run smoothly and meet organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Training & Development skills, including curriculum design, instructional delivery, and learner evaluation.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and provide clear, practical solutions to learners.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts in simple terms, facilitate discussions, and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in educational institutions, corporate training, or technical academies is beneficial, particularly in IT or engineering domains.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual labs, presentation software) and the ability to adapt to recent technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage multiple batches or courses, and maintain organized training records is important.
