Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Manage software installations, handle customer support calls, diagnose technical issues, and provide efficient solutions.
- Database & Networking: Troubleshoot networking configurations and manage basic MS SQL Database operations.
- Operations & Outreach: Handle multitasking responsibilities including digital marketing assistance, cold calling, and consistent customer follow-ups.
- Continuous Learning: Adapt quickly to current technology, updates, and specialized machinery to continuously improve support quality.
Job Requirements
- Technical Skills: Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and MS SQL Server/Databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, paired with fluency in the local language.
- Workplace Tools: Must possess a personal laptop in good working condition for daily tasks.
- Mindset: Strong self-learning attitude, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a high level of resilience for handling diverse tasks.

Pay: ₹13,516.64 - ₹35,888.88 per month
