Organization Overview
- Seeking an experienced SAP Basis S/4HANA Conversion SME to lead technical conversion and transformation initiatives for large steel manufacturing enterprises.
Role Purpose
- Drive SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions, system migrations, landscape transformation, technical architecture, cutover planning and go-live support across Greenfield and Brownfield programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA conversion and upgrade activities.
- Plan and execute Brownfield system conversion projects.
- Support Greenfield implementation landscapes and workplace strategy.
- Perform SUM/DMO migrations, kernel upgrades and system refreshes.
- Manage SAP HA/DR, performance tuning, transport management and security coordination.
- Coordinate infrastructure, database, cloud and application teams.
- Support data migration, cutover, testing and hypercare.
- Prepare governance reports and technical risk assessments.
Required Experience
- 8–10 years of SAP Basis administration and implementation experience.
- Minimum one Greenfield SAP implementation and two Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion.
- Experience with HANA DB administration, upgrades and migrations.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and project governance.
