Role Description The Technical Services Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for providing technical support for CCTV, DVR systems, and fire alarm products, including installation assistance, configuration, and maintenance.

The specialist will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform system checks, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams for resolution. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, documenting technical issues and solutions, and ensuring timely service delivery.



The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry standards, and best practices to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with experience in security systems such as CCTV, DVRs, and fire alarm systems.
- Proficient Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, switches) and familiarity with system configuration tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation guides.
- Prior experience in technical field service, IT support, or electronics servicing is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple service requests, and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
