- Role : Technical services Engineer
- Function :Trade Sales
- Level : Executive/ Sr. Executives

Key Responsibilities Support achievement of sales target take measures to increase market share through:

- Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
- Enrolment of mason and contractors
- Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
- Attending product quality complaints and resolution
- Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
- Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

- If BE / BTech - Min 1 + Years of Experience
- If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience

- No Freshers




- Had worked in similar Role - Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
- If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) - Subject to ZTH clearance.

- Refrain from Construction site

Additional Skill / Knowledge - Required

- Orientation towards techno commercial sales
- Knowledge Skill to Influence, Influencers like Contractors, Engineers, Masons etc
- Hands on Experience in handling Customer complaints Technical queries
- Diploma / B. Tech / B.E - Civil Engineering
