Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer technical queries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional communication standard.
- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of basic technical troubleshooting.




- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a blended voice/non-voice process.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
