Role Overview

We are seeking a technically proficient professional to join our Technical Division as a Technical Sales & Quotation Engineer. The ideal candidate will meet with clients to understand their facility requirements, prepare detailed quotations for HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), office repair & maintenance works, and related facility management services. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Requirement Gathering

- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand facility maintenance needs, HVAC system conditions, and scope of work.jobs.johnsoncontrols+1
- Assess existing HVAC installations, fire safety systems, CCTV, and other building services to identify maintenance or repair requirements.camcode+1
- Document client specifications, pain points, and service expectations in detailed requirement reports.

Quotation & Proposal Preparation
- Prepare comprehensive quotations for HVAC AMC packages (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance).jobs.johnsoncontrols+1
- Develop cost estimates for office repair & maintenance works including electrical, plumbing, civil, and MEP services.camcode+1
- Perform heat load calculations, equipment assessments, and manpower planning to ensure accurate pricing.orbitouch-hr+1

Technical & Commercial Support
- Present proposals to clients, explaining technical scope,

Business Development & Account Management

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a pipeline tracker of leads, quotations submitted, and conversion status.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC Engineering or Facility Management.ts-international+1

Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC service sales, AMC business development, or facility management technical roles.jobs.johnsoncontrols+1
