Role Description

This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role is based in Hyderabad and is ideal for candidates beginning their careers in the automotive industry. The role involves working closely with garages, workshops, fleet operators, and automotive professionals to identify technical problems and recommend suitable Xenum solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customer locations, assessing issues related to DPF and SCR systems,



conducting product demonstrations, providing technical guidance, generating sales, collecting orders and payments, and developing long-term customer relationships. The role also includes reaching out to fleet operators and commercial vehicle customers to promote Xenum products such as Admax, DPF Step 1 & Step 2, CAT Step 1 & Step 2, among others.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will work closely with the sales and technical teams, monitor customer feedback, and contribute to expanding Xenum's presence across the region.

Qualifications

- Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in automotive service, workshops, technical sales, or related roles are encouraged to apply.
- Solid interest in automobiles, vehicle diagnostics, and solving technical problems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to garages, workshops, fleet operators, and customer sites.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or similar productivity tools.
- Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
