We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer II to manage customer requirements, O2C cycle, transaction management, customer account management and end-to-end order fulfilment while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage customer requirements, technical queries, quotations, and order-related activities.
- Drive end-to-end order fulfilment, including order tracking, expediting, and issue resolution.
- Manage customer portals and ensure accurate and timely transaction updates.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure ECCN/export compliance and required documentation for applicable transactions.
- Support customer account setup and pricing alignment in SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.




- Maintain accurate SAP/ERP data, reports, and MIS.
- Take ownership of assigned customers and transactions while continuously developing technical and functional skills

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

- Minimum experience: 2-5 years
- Bachelors degree in engineering or supply chain management
- Experience in technical sales, customer management, order management, or supply chain operations
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office
- Solid communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
