Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator with experience in the Boiler / Thermal Engineering industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial quotations, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the Sales and Engineering teams, and providing technical support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical and commercial quotations for industrial boilers and related equipment.

Understand customer enquiries, specifications, and technical requirements.

Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and costing details as per customer requirements.

Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Engineering, Purchase, and Production teams for technical inputs and quotation preparation.

Review tender documents and customer enquiries to identify technical requirements.

Support the Sales team with technical clarifications and documentation.

Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, revisions,



and follow-ups.

Ensure quotations are submitted within the required timeline.

Assist in resolving technical queries from customers during the pre-sales stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience in preparing technical quotations for Boilers, Steam Systems, Thermal Equipment, or Industrial Equipment.

Good understanding of boiler specifications, capacities, fuels, accessories, and technical parameters.

Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and customer specifications.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales Coordination / Estimation / Proposal Engineering.

Candidates with experience in the Boiler or Industrial Heating Equipment industry will be preferred.

Job Location: Ghaziabad

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
