Role Description The Technical Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting technical product features and benefits, and preparing quotations and proposals.

The Technical Sales

Associate will conduct site visits, coordinate product demonstrations, and support clients with technical clarifications in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, tracking sales activities, and reporting market feedback to management.



The role also includes supporting training sessions for customers and internal teams on product usage and specifications.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals in an industrial or construction-related environment.
- Customer Service and Communication abilities to manage client inquiries, build long-term relationships, and handle onsite interactions professionally.
- Capability to deliver Training and product presentations to customers and internal stakeholders on technical features and proper application of precast products.
- Familiarity with construction materials or civil engineering concepts; experience in precast, pipes, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and CRM or sales tracking software.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent client visits, and coordination with operations and logistics teams.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
