We are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Sales Coordinator to manage customer coordination for order confirmation for our Material Handling, Industrial Racking, Storage Systems and related engineering products.
The candidate will act as the key coordination point between customers, design/engineering, production, purchase, stores, dispatch, installation and service teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.
The candidate will be responsible for managing our existing customers as well as developing new business opportunities. The role involves regular visits to manufacturing plants and warehouses, understanding customer requirements and operational challenges, and recommending suitable products and customized solutions.
