Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Recruiter – US Staffing role based in Ahmedabad.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying technical and non-technical candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines,



negotiating compensation within client guidelines, and ensuring timely communication and feedback at each stage of the hiring process.

The Technical

Recruiter will also track recruitment metrics, update applicant tracking systems, and collaborate closely with account managers and internal teams to meet staffing goals and service-level expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes for US clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand IT roles, technical requirements, and industry terminology.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and effective stakeholder and candidate management.
- Prior experience in US staffing, including working with US time zones, employment practices, and sourcing through major job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines and hiring targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in recruitment may also be considered.
- Knowledge of visa classifications (e.g., W2, C2C, H1B, GC, US Citizen) and US compliance norms in staffing is
