About the Role

MEICON is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support recruitment for U.S.-based construction, engineering, and infrastructure positions.

The ideal candidate must have at least three years of recruitment experience with a large construction company, engineering firm, infrastructure consultancy, or established technical recruitment organization . Experience recruiting construction and engineering professionals is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. construction, engineering, and infrastructure positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
- Recruit Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Estimators, Schedulers, Safety Professionals, QA/QC personnel, Electrical Engineers, and CAD/BIM professionals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess technical experience, project background, availability, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing and candidate-outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, internal teams, and client representatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, correspondence, interview feedback, and recruitment status within the ATS.
- Track recruitment activity,



candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and time-to-fill.
- Maintain professional candidate relationships and consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Support campus recruitment, employee referrals, database development, and other talent-acquisition initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of technical recruitment experience .
- Recruitment experience with a large construction company, engineering firm, infrastructure consultancy, or established technical recruitment organization is mandatory .
- Demonstrated experience recruiting construction, engineering, infrastructure, or other technical professionals.
- Familiarity with construction and engineering positions, terminology, and project environments.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, and candidate-tracking systems.
- Strong sourcing, resume-screening, interviewing, and candidate-engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines while meeting deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for transit, transportation, electrical, civil, commercial, or public infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of U.S. work authorization categories and employment arrangements.
- Experience recruiting within major U.S. construction markets, particularly New York and the surrounding region.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment, talent mapping, performance reporting, and pipeline development.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Hyderabad supporting MEICON’s U.S. construction and infrastructure recruitment operations.
