US IT Recruiter Trainee / Technical Recruiter Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from US clients and identify suitable candidates from various job portals.
- Perform initial screening, evaluate qualifications, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment tracking tools.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and professional platforms.
- Learn and use applicant tracking systems and recruitment CRMs.
- Coordinate with internal teamsto close job positions efficiently and on time.
What we’re looking for:
- Graduates from BCA, MCA, B. TECH (IT/CS), B.SC.(IT/CS), M.TECH (AI/COMPUTERS).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonalskills.
- Comfortable working in night shift (US timings).
- Fast learner with a strong interest in hiring, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Team player with a proactive mindset and goal-oriented approach.

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
