Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter (Fresher) based in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates for US-based IT positions through job portals, social media, and networking channels.

The recruiter will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist in negotiating offers under guidance from senior team members. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers,



and collaborating with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand job requirements. The position offers training in US staffing processes, IT hiring practices, and recruitment tools, with clear opportunities to grow into more senior recruiting roles.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for US-based IT roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring activities.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; exposure to HR, IT, or business streams is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in alignment with US time zones, if required, and openness to learning US staffing processes and tools.
