Job Title: Technical Recruiter (US IT Staffing) – Remote, India

We're expanding our talent team to support hiring for our US-based clients and are looking for a sharp, driven Technical Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle technical recruitment for US-based clients: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing for IT roles .
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search techniques
- Understand and work with US visa categories (H1B, OPT/CPT, GC, USC) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Partner with hiring managers and US-based account managers to understand technical requirements




- Screen resumes and conduct technical/HR screening calls in English
- Maintain and update ATS records, pipeline reports, and recruitment metrics
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end with timely follow-ups
- Work EST hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) to align with US client and candidate availability

Requirements:

- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, specifically for US clients/US IT staffing
- Strong understanding of US staffing terms, visa statuses, and tax terms (W2/C2C/1099)
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working full-time on EST hours from India (night shift)
- Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote setup
